Privacy policy
Last updated 30 October 2026
This policy explains what information the Gully Ka King mobile game ("the game", "we") collects, why, and the choices you have. It also covers this website.
The short version
- You don't need to sign up. The game gives you an anonymous ID so your progress can be backed up. Linking a Google account or email is optional.
- We back up your level progress and stars. Settings stay on your device.
- We never ask for your contacts or precise location.
- We use Google services for sign-in, cloud backup, usage analytics, crash reports and ads. Those services collect device-level data as described below.
- You can delete your account and saved progress at any time (see Deleting your data).
Data stored on your device
The game saves your progress, star ratings, unlocked items, daily challenge wins and settings (such as sound) locally on your phone. Uninstalling the game deletes this local copy.
Your account and cloud save
When you first open the game, it signs you in anonymously with Firebase Authentication. This creates a random user ID; it isn't linked to your name or email. We store your highest unlocked level, best star rating per level, the cosmetic items you unlocked with in-game coins, and the days you completed the daily challenge in Cloud Firestore under that ID, so your progress can be restored. Coins are earned in the game only; there are no real-money purchases.
If you choose to link your progress to an account, we also receive what that sign-in method provides: for Google sign-in, your Google account's name, email address and profile photo; for email sign-in, your email address. Your password is handled by Firebase Authentication and is never visible to us. We use this information only to sign you in and restore your progress, never for marketing.
Data collected by third-party services
The game includes the following services, all provided by Google:
- Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore store your user ID, any linked sign-in details and your saved progress, as described above. Data is stored on Google Cloud servers in India (Delhi region).
- Google Analytics for Firebase records how the game is used, for example which levels are started, completed or failed, how each ball was played (timing and runs), and when a rewarded ad is watched for an extra ball. It also collects device information such as model, operating system, app version, an app instance identifier, and an approximate country based on your IP address. We use this to understand which levels are too hard or too easy and to improve the game.
- Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports. These include the state of the app and device at the time of the crash and a randomly generated installation identifier. We use them only to find and fix bugs.
- Google AdMob shows ads, including optional rewarded ads that you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game help. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device information and ad interactions in order to serve ads, measure them and prevent fraud. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalised.
Learn more in how Google uses information from apps that use its services, the Google Privacy Policy and Privacy and Security in Firebase.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't require you to sign in to play.
- We don't access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location.
Your choices
- Ad personalisation: you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). Where required, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown.
- Local data: uninstall the game to remove everything stored on your device.
- Analytics data: email us at chandsingh@elvento.com to ask us to delete analytics data linked to your app instance. Because we don't know who you are, we may need your help identifying the device.
Deleting your data
You can delete your Gully Ka King account and cloud save at any time:
- In the game: open Settings and choose Delete account. This deletes your user ID, any linked sign-in details and your saved progress straight away.
- Without the game: email chandsingh@elvento.com from the address linked to your account (or tell us your Google account email) with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete your account and saved progress within 30 days and confirm by email.
Deletion is permanent. Crash and analytics data isn't linked to your account and is removed automatically under the retention periods described below.
Data retention
Analytics and crash data is kept by Google according to the retention settings we configure in Firebase and is then deleted automatically. Ad data is handled under Google's own retention policies.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.
